Holy Week & Easter Services

We have a number of special services this week to mark the events of Holy Week and to provide space for reflection and worship as we approach Easter

Wednesday 13 April 
7.30pm - Stations of the Cross service - a quiet reflective service with bible readings, prayers, and images.

Maundy Thursday 14 April 
7.30pm - Maundy Thursday service - a service of Holy Communion, including symbolic handwashing.

Good Friday 15 April
10am - Good Friday Family service - an informal service where we will share the Easter story as well as some singing, prayers and making Easter gardens together, both traditional and edible versions! Finishing with hot cross buns and tea/coffee.                       
11am - Walk of Witness  - meet outside the Brook Church, then sharing some readings and prayers around the village centre.
2pm -  Good Friday service  - a reflective service 'at the foot of the cross'.

Easter Sunday 17 April
6am - Easter Vigil service  - including lighting the Easter fire and the Easter candle, and the first Eucharist of Easter.
8am - Holy Communion service  - Book of Common Prayer
10am -  Holy Communion service -  celebrating Easter together and with an egg hunt afterwards.
