Office Manager (part-time)

St Anne’s Church, Bagshot, aims to be an inclusive, welcoming community of faith, which reaches beyond the walls of our building into the wider community of Bagshot and the surrounding area.

The Office Manager is an exciting and challenging new role, intended to support our clergy and volunteers in their work within our church and community. The role will provide administrative support across the breadth of church life; will often be the first contact point between the church and the wider community for a range of enquiries; and will ensure the office is an effective hub for parish activities.

We are seeking someone who: has proven interpersonal skills; is tech-savvy; is organised, self-motivated and able to work in a varied and changing environment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in systematising our office processes, and suggesting ways to work more efficiently.

This role is for 12 hours/week spread across 4 days – the exact working hours/days will be agreed with the successful candidate. The pay band is £11.50 - £13 per hour / £7,176 - £8,112 per annum (FTE £23,920 - £27,040).
